Modern Waters is the perfect mix of comfort and luxury. I surprised my parents and kids with a week long stay at this townhouse and it did not disappoint. The basement has a massive couch and 65 inch tv along with a ping pong table that kept the kids busy all week. The parking was a bit tight, but we reached out to Margaret/Tim who secured us extra spaces next door ahead of time.

I would highly recommend one of The Geneva Collection Townhouses to anybody. We stayed in the middle unit, and it was just fantastic. The basement sectional was so comfortable and perfect for our little ones!! Also, it was 2 blocks from the water and right next to all the restaurants.
